XTB appoints Christopher Weiland as Head of Equities

XTB SA has appointed Christopher Weiland as its new Head of Equities. Weiland joins the Polish-based brokerage from Scalable Capital, a Munich-based investment platform where he spent eight years. During his tenure at Scalable Capital, he rose from an intern to the Head of Trading, overseeing the Principal Trading department, market making, and trading strategy.

In his new role at XTB, Weiland will lead the strategic development of the company’s stock and ETF offerings and oversee the implementation of new solutions in international markets. Filip Kaczmarzyk, a member of the XTB Management Board, stated that Weiland’s expertise will be vital for improving the company’s product offering, developing technological solutions, and strengthening XTB’s presence across European and global markets.
