XTB posts record first‑half profit and launches new commodity and sports partnerships

XTB reported a record consolidated net profit of €241.6 million for the first half of 2026, a 148.7 % increase over the same period a year earlier. Operating revenue reached €490.7 million, up 78.4 % year‑on‑year. The broker added 703 000 new clients, bringing the total client base to more than 2.9 million, with active clients rising to about 1.5 million.

From 3 July 2026 XTB Institutional expanded its CFD offering with five new commodity contracts – cocoa, coffee, natural gas, orange juice and sugar – and extended Friday trading hours to 23:00 CEST/CET. The company also launched options trading in several European markets and announced plans to offer spot cryptocurrency trading in Chile and other European jurisdictions.

In sport, XTB signed a four‑season partnership with the Czech Football Association Referees (FAČR). The fintech’s logo will appear on referee kits in the top two Czech leagues, and an online campaign will promote decision‑making under pressure, aiming to raise the profile of referees and encourage youth participation. The partnership follows earlier collaborations with SSC Napoli, FIBA and MMA Oktagon.
