XTEND AI Robotics to debut on NYSE following merger with JFB Construction Holdings

JFB Construction Holdings and XTEND are set to complete an all-stock business combination on September 3, 2026. The merged entity will be renamed XTEND AI Robotics, with common stock expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker ‘XTND’ on September 4, 2026. Following the merger, JFB and XTEND will become wholly owned subsidiaries of the new company.

In conjunction with this corporate transition, XTEND has announced the first deployment of an XOS-powered AtlasROVER to a customer in the Asia-Pacific region. This deployment follows XTEND’s acquisition of Atlas and represents an expansion of its XOS operating system from aerial platforms into the ground robotics domain. The company aims to utilize XOS as a hardware-agnostic software layer to provide common AI capabilities across air, ground, and maritime robotic systems.
