Xàtiva approves new residential construction project

The Xàtiva Local Government Board has approved a planning license for the construction of a new multi-family residential building. The project includes 19 new homes, 20 parking spaces, and 11 storage units located on urban land.

With a material execution budget exceeding 2.3 million euros, the development aims to expand the city's residential supply in response to ongoing demographic growth. The six-story building, which includes an attic and two underground parking levels, complies with the city's General Urban Development Plan.
