XTransfer launches cross-border payment services in Chile
XTransfer, a global B2B cross-border payment platform, has officially launched its services in Chile through its subsidiary, XTransfer Chile SpA. The company has completed its registration with the Unidad de Análisis Financiero (UAF), Chile’s agency responsible for preventing money laundering and terrorist financing.
The expansion aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing local currency collection accounts, including support for the Chilean peso. This service is designed to simplify international payments and collections, helping businesses navigate regulatory requirements and reduce exchange costs and settlement delays.
The move follows significant growth in bilateral trade between China and Chile. According to Chinese customs data, trade volume between the two nations rose from over $7 billion in 2005 to $66.905 billion in 2025. XTransfer reported that its platform's collection volume in the Chilean market grew by 79% in 2025.
