Xuan Thien Group surveys 70,000-hectare project in Ca Mau

Xuan Thien Group is surveying a massive multi-sector project complex in Ca Mau province, Vietnam. The proposed development, covering approximately 70,000 hectares in its first phase, aims to integrate industrial and agricultural zones with urban areas, tourism, energy, and port logistics.

The project focuses on land reclamation in the Hon Khoai area to create new land for sustainable development. During a recent working session with Ca Mau provincial leaders, including Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai, the group presented its expertise in large-scale energy, industrial, and high-tech agricultural projects.

Ca Mau provincial authorities expressed strong interest in the proposal, particularly the expansion of development space through sea reclamation. The Provincial Party Standing Committee has agreed to a policy allowing the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Prime Minister and central ministries to seek guidance on the general planning for the proposed reclamation area.
