Brazilian TV star Xuxa Meneghel addressed the long‑standing urban legend that she made a pact with the devil. Speaking on the podcast "Quem É Você Nesse Rolê?" she rejected the claim, stating that her career and fame are gifts from God and calling herself "a favorite of the one above." She questioned why people attribute her achievements to a demonic figure, emphasizing her faith instead.

Xuxa also mentioned her farewell tour, "The Last Flight of the Ship," featuring an enlarged version of the iconic spaceship built in Amsterdam, which will travel to major Brazilian venues later in 2026.
