XXXLutz expands into energy market with X-POWR

Furniture retailer XXXLutz is entering the energy sector through the launch of X-POWR, a new electricity tariff for private households. Developed in partnership with green energy provider MAXENERGY, the service will officially begin on November 2, 2026.

Under the X-POWR brand, XXXLutz aims to integrate home energy supply with its existing home furnishing services. The electricity provided will consist of 100 percent green energy sourced from renewable origins. MAXENERGY will manage the energy supply and the administrative processes for switching providers. The initiative is part of the company’s broader sustainability program, ‘XXXL for tomorrow’.
