Xyriel Manabat praises Anne Curtis for humility on set

Actress Xyriel Manabat recently shared a story regarding the humility and consideration shown by Anne Curtis during a production of the Philippine adaptation of ‘It’s Okay to Not Be Okay.’

Speaking on the ‘Ang Walang Kwentang Podcast,’ Manabat recounted an experience during a location shoot where she and Curtis shared a room. Manabat, who noted she struggles with insomnia, explained that she often uses taping schedules as a way to find rest or escape anxiety. She recalled being surprised to hear Curtis instructing her own team to keep their voices down to avoid disturbing her while she slept.

Manabat expressed that the gesture left a lasting impression, noting that Curtis’s attentiveness to those around her, despite her high status in the industry, was deeply admirable.
