Yaşar University’s INTSEC AI‑driven cyber‑defense system receives TÜBİTAK backing
Final‑year computer engineering students at Yaşar University have created INTSEC, a machine‑learning‑based system that detects and analyzes network attacks in real time. The project uses artificial‑intelligence algorithms to identify threats as data flows, allowing immediate response and continuous self‑training on global data sets.
INTSEC was approved for support under the TÜBİTAK 2209‑A University Student Research Projects programme. The prototype is built on low‑cost hardware and a local network simulation environment, aiming for easy integration into corporate security infrastructures, labs and educational settings. The team, led by Dr. Mete Eminağaoğlu, plans field tests and pilot deployments with the backing of TÜBİTAK.
