Yachiyo Solutions enhances MENTENA factory management system

Yachiyo Solutions is expanding the capabilities of its cloud-based factory management system, MENTENA, through new API integrations and artificial intelligence features.

Starting September 7, the company introduced User Management and Group Management APIs. These allow MENTENA to synchronize with external human resources and labor systems, enabling the automatic registration, updating, and deactivation of user information based on employee status changes. This integration aims to enhance security by preventing unauthorized access from former employees and streamlining administrative tasks.

Additionally, the company announced 'Axel SEARCH,' a new generative AI feature scheduled for release in October 2026. This tool is designed to assist with equipment troubleshooting by searching through vast archives of past maintenance and repair records. By analyzing current issues and comparing them to similar historical incidents across identical or similar machinery, the AI can provide summarized advice, potential causes, and recommended work procedures to accelerate recovery times.
