Yacine Chaïb joins Mouloudia Club d’Alger from Olympique Lyonnais

Yacine Chaïb has officially left Olympique Lyonnais to join the Algerian club Mouloudia Club d’Alger. The 21-year-old left-back has signed a two-season contract, which will keep him with the club until June 2028.

Chaïb, an Algerian U23 international, joined the Olympique Lyonnais youth academy in 2011. While he progressed through the club's various youth categories and played for the reserve team, he did not make an official appearance for the first team. His recent experience includes a loan spell at RWDM Brussels in the Belgian second division, where he made 21 appearances and recorded four assists.
