Yacyretá Hydroelectric Dam hosts technical visit for Argentine students

Students from Escuela Técnica Nº 1 Arquitecto Francisco Pinaroli in Corrientes, Argentina, conducted a specialized technical visit to the Yacyretá Hydroelectric Dam in Ituzaingó. Organized by the Electrical Measurements Laboratory chair, the initiative allowed 4th, 5th, and 6th-year students to access restricted operational areas to observe the functioning of coils, turbines, and generators.

The pedagogical project aimed to connect theoretical classroom knowledge with large-scale energy production. As part of the curriculum, students are required to wear industrial safety equipment and participate in follow-up academic activities, such as creating models and presentations regarding their observations of the energy generation process.
