Yadea prepares GT80 electric scooter for 180 km endurance test

Yadea Indonesia is launching a new endurance challenge titled ‘Yadea Go Beyond Limits 180+ Km on One Charge’ to test the real-world capabilities of its electric scooters. Following successful tests with the OSTA P and VELAX U models—which covered over 150 kilometers from Bandung to Bogor—the company will now use the Yadea GT80 for a more demanding route exceeding 180 kilometers on a single charge.

The GT80 is claimed to have a potential range of up to 190 kilometers when equipped with a 72V 80Ah battery, while the standard 72V 50Ah battery version offers a range of up to 120 kilometers. The upcoming test aims to evaluate how the vehicle performs under actual driving conditions, including varying traffic density, weather, and road conditions.
