Vezirköprü Karma OSB advances with industrial parcel allocations
Investment activities are progressing at the Vezirköprü Karma Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) in Samsun, Turkey. Spanning 1.5 million square meters, the zone contains 40 industrial parcels, six of which have already been allocated to investors.
Three companies are currently undergoing construction on their sites, while several other firms, including Dizen Motor Savunma Sanayii and Emineller Orman Ürünleri, have been assigned parcels. The remaining 1 million square meters of land are undergoing the allocation process.
The OSB is situated in the 5th investment incentive region, with land allocation prices set at 600 TL per square meter. Infrastructure work, including energy transmission lines and water supply lines, has been completed. Ongoing projects include road construction, excavation, and sewage systems.
Located near the Samsun-Ordu D030 highway, the zone offers strategic proximity to Merzifon Airport (45 minutes) and Samsun Port (60 minutes). The project aims to boost regional employment and industrial growth, particularly in agriculture-based industries, furniture, and wood production.
