Yaizu to host BON BON BON 2026 summer festival

nonii Co., Ltd. has announced the upcoming summer festival ‘BON BON BON 2026’ (Bon Matsuri/Bonpa), scheduled to take place on August 22 and 23, 2026, at Kiyomida Park in Yaizu, Shizuoka Prefecture.

The event aims to revitalize traditional summer festival elements by blending them with modern experiences, including Bon Odori, DJ performances, festival stalls, and a lantern night. Organizers expect approximately 13,000 visitors over the two-day period, with roughly 40 vendors planned to offer food, goods, and workshops.

Volunteer recruitment is currently underway for 50 staff members to assist with reception, crowd guidance, parking, and event support. Volunteers are offered incentives such as admission bands for up to four people and 1,000 yen in food and beverage tickets.
