Yakitori Chains Open New Outlets in Aomori and Tokyo

A yakitori bar called “Yakitora Sankyuu Hachinohe” is set to open in the Rokujitsu‑cho area of Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture on 27 July 2026. The venue will sell chicken skewers for 39 yen each and will offer a 5‑skewer platter, rice bowls, a chilled tomato side, and an all‑you‑can‑eat option for skewers, rice bowls and fried chicken. It will operate from 18:00 to 24:00 with no fixed holidays.

A second yakitori concept, “YAKITORI STAND IPPON,” will launch on 30 July 2026 in the underground‑2 level of Shibuya Scramble Square, Tokyo. Managed by Diamond Dining, the shop targets shoppers, commuters and tourists with larger 80‑gram chicken skewers made from Fujikawa‑white chicken, as well as organ‑meat varieties and fried chicken items. It offers set menus that pair three selected skewers with draft beer (¥1,001) or three fried chicken pieces with beer (¥770), alongside a range of drinks. Lunch boxes featuring house‑cooked barley rice are also available. Hours are 10:00‑21:00.
