Yale wins Doc Gimmler Invitational after weather cancellation

The Doc Gimmler Invitational at Bethpage State Park Golf Course concluded early after inclement weather forced the cancellation of the final round on September 13. Results from the first two rounds of play remain final.

Yale secured first place with a score of -7, followed by St. John's in second at -3 and Towson in third at +1. Long Island and Lehigh rounded out the top five.

In individual performances, Boston College finished sixth as a team at 9-over par, led by Markus Lam, who tied for seventh at 1-under par. Bryant University finished in 11th place with a total score of 577 (+17), highlighted by Matthew Downes, who finished 11th individually after an opening round of 64.
