Yamada Denki to host Special Bed and Bedding Fair at LIFE SELECT stores

Yamada Denki will host its semi-annual ‘Special Bed and Bedding Fair’ at 40 LIFE SELECT stores starting August 29, 2026. The event is scheduled to run through October 4, 2026.

The fair will feature a wide range of products from major brands, including Simmons, France Bed, Nishikawa, and ‘Hitsuji no Iranai Makura’. Participating stores will display between 70 and 150 beds and approximately 100 types of pillows for customers to test. To assist with selection, the stores will offer a hybrid approach combining AI diagnostics with professional sleep advisors.

Additionally, a new ‘SHOWA NISHIKAWA Yamada Denki LABI1 LIFE SELECT Takasaki’ store is set to open on the same day. This location will specialize in sleep-related items, including custom-made pillows based on five-minute measurements of a customer's physical build and sleeping posture.
