Yamaha launches free health diagnosis for second-hand owners

Yamaha Motor has launched a new campaign offering free health diagnoses for owners of second-hand Yamaha motorcycles and scooters. The initiative, titled “Your new Yamaha deserves the best start,” aims to provide peace of mind to new owners by verifying the general condition of their vehicles through the official Yamaha dealership network.

Specialized technicians will perform a comprehensive check of the vehicle's main systems and safety elements, providing the results in a “Yamaha Health Status Report.” This report helps owners identify potential maintenance or repair needs, though the company notes that this service does not replace routine periodic inspections.

To qualify for the free diagnosis, the motorcycle or scooter must be no more than 10 years old, and the change of ownership must have occurred within the three months prior to the request. Interested owners must register on the Yamaha website and provide documentation proving the transfer of ownership. Once validated, owners will receive a voucher to redeem the service at their preferred official Yamaha dealership by appointment.
