Yamanaka Onsen ryokan Kagari Kisshotei announces autumn seasonal plan

Kagari Kisshotei, a modern ryokan located in Yamanaka Onsen, Ishikawa Prefecture, has announced a limited-time autumn accommodation plan available through November 30, 2026. The plan focuses on seasonal delicacies from both the sea and the mountains.

Following the September 1 lifting of the bottom trawling season, the ryokan will serve a seven-piece sashimi assortment sourced directly from Hashidate Fishing Port. The dining experience also features Noto pork shabu-shabu and matsutake mushroom dobin mushi. Guests can enjoy inclusive beverage services and various local amenities, including traditional Kaga Taiko performances and access to local gourmet vouchers.
