Yamazaki Jitsugyo releases Tower series frozen rice containers

Yamazaki Jitsugyo has released the ‘Tower’ series standing frozen rice container, designed to maintain the texture of freshly cooked rice when reheated. The container holds a single serving of approximately 150g and includes a built-in strainer. This design allows steam to circulate evenly while removing excess moisture, preventing stickiness and ensuring a fluffy consistency.

In addition to rice storage, the container can function as a steamer for vegetables or dumplings. The product features a space-saving design that allows it to stand upright in the freezer and includes a small protrusion to assist with opening the lid. The containers are dishwasher safe and available in white and black, offered in sets of two, four, or six.
