Yandex Go launches Business ride‑hailing service for Serbian companies

Yandex Go has introduced a Business service that lets Serbian companies organise and manage official trips through a single platform. The offering consolidates rides, payments and related documentation, giving administrators tools to add employees, set usage rules by cost, time, location or purpose, and monitor expenses via detailed reports.

The service is available to firms of all sizes in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Pančevo and Niš, with rides provided by licensed taxi operators on the Yandex Go platform. Users pay through a dedicated Business account, retain standard safety features such as route sharing and driver‑document verification, and receive 24/7 dedicated customer support.

The launch aims to improve cost control and administrative efficiency for corporate travel, client transfers and airport transfers across Serbia.
