Yanga SC defeats JKT Tanzania 4-0 to reach league summit

Yanga SC secured a 4-0 victory against JKT Tanzania in a Tanzania Premier League match held at the KMC Stadium in Dar es Salaam. The win marks Yanga's third consecutive victory this season, moving them back to the top of the league standings.

Albert Kangwanda delivered a standout performance, contributing to three goals by scoring the opening goal in the 29th minute and providing two assists. Other scorers included Ibrahim Bacca, who netted in the 34th minute, and Chadrack Boka in the 39th minute. Peter Shalulile completed the rout with a goal in the 64th minute.

With this result, Yanga has scored 11 goals and conceded only two across their first three matches of the 2026/27 season.
