Yango Group expands Great Place to Work certification to 17 countries

Yango Group, a UAE-based technology company, has expanded its Great Place to Work certification from nine countries in 2025 to 17 markets in 2026. The certification covers diverse regions including Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, the UAE, Oman, Pakistan, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Senegal, Zambia, Cameroon, Angola, Peru, Bolivia, and Colombia.

Based on feedback from 938 employees, approximately 88% of surveyed staff across these markets identified the organization as a great place to work. High marks were recorded in specific areas, such as 96% of employees reporting fair treatment regardless of gender and 94% stating that new hires feel welcome. In certain markets like Azerbaijan and Bolivia, 100% of respondents reported a positive workplace experience.

In Zambia, 90% of employees expressed pride in the company’s achievements and felt they were provided with necessary resources. Yango Group CEO Daniil Shuleyko noted that the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the company’s global-to-local model, which allows local teams autonomy while maintaining a shared corporate culture through programs like Yangoversity.
