Yanoman to host second speed puzzle championship in Osaka

Yanoman Co., Ltd. has announced the second Speed Puzzle Yanoman Championship, scheduled for October 31, 2026, at the Umeda Sky Building in Osaka. The event features three competitive categories: a beginner division (108 pieces), an individual division (300 pieces), and a pair division (500 pieces).

In the individual category, participants will compete using a special puzzle created exclusively for this tournament. The pair division will utilize a new puzzle design that is set for commercial release in December 2026. Both the individual and pair puzzle designs will be revealed to competitors only on the day of the event.

Speed puzzling is a growing global movement, exemplified by the World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship, which saw over 3,000 participants from more than 75 countries in 2024. Spectators can attend the championship free of charge.
