Yaquis prepare for home series against Mayos and Algodoneros

The Yaquis de Obregón are returning to home games in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, as the 2026-27 Liga Mexicana del Pacífico (LMP) season resumes. The team is set to participate in the inaugural ‘Guerra de tribus’ series against the Mayos de Navojoa starting Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

Navojoa has announced Dalton Rodríguez, Nick Horvaty, and Elián Leyva for their rotation, while the Yaquis have not yet disclosed their starting pitchers. Following the series against Navojoa, the Yaquis will host the Algodoneros de Guasave in an attempt to avenge a recent sweep by the Sinaloa-based team.
