Yarrow Bioscience to raise $150 million through stock offering

Yarrow Bioscience, a clinical-stage biotechnology company specializing in autoimmune thyroid disease therapies, has priced a public offering of 5,769,231 shares of common stock at $26.00 per share. The company expects to raise approximately $150 million in gross proceeds to fund research and development for its pipeline and general corporate needs. The offering is expected to close on September 14, 2026.

In recent regulatory filings, BlackRock Inc. was noted to have acquired a stake of 44,405 shares in the company during the second quarter. Other institutional investors, including Anson Funds Management LP and Nantahala Capital Management LLC, have also recently taken positions in the firm.

Jefferies, TD Cowen, and Guggenheim Securities are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering, with LifeSci Capital acting as the lead manager.
