Yash's film ‘Toxic’ faces court injunction against defamatory campaigns

The pan-India film ‘Toxic’, starring actor Yash, is facing significant legal and commercial developments. A Bengaluru court has issued an ex-parte interim injunction against unknown individuals to prevent the spread of false, defamatory, and malicious campaigns against the film. The order, granted following a petition by KVN Productions LLP, remains in effect until September 28 to prevent irreparable harm to the producers.

Amidst the film's release, reports regarding cast compensation have surfaced. Lead actor Yash reportedly received 50 crore rupees. Among the female cast, Kiara Advani is estimated to have earned 15 crore rupees, while Nayanatara’s remuneration is estimated between 12 and 18 crore rupees. Other cast members including Rukmini Vasanth, Huma Qureshi, and Tara Sutaria are reported to have received between 2 and 5 crore rupees.

Additionally, Yash’s mother, Pushpa Arun Kumar, publicly shared her support for her son on social media, praising his hard work and dedication following the film's release.
