Yasmin Toseafa, a model and star of Netflix’s ‘Love Is Blind UK’, has opened up about the emotional challenge of revealing her vitiligo to potential partners during the show. Diagnosed with the skin condition at age eight, Toseafa spent years using makeup to hide the depigmented patches on her skin due to fears of public reaction.

Inspired by the success of supermodel Winnie Harlow, Toseafa began embracing her appearance publicly, which led to her becoming a Miss Universe GB finalist. However, she admitted to feeling significant anxiety about whether to disclose her condition to her dates in the ‘pods’. She eventually decided to be transparent with a contestant named Jordan, noting that his accepting response helped bring them closer together.
