Yavuz Aydın reports significant AKP vote loss in Trabzon

İYİ Party Trabzon Deputy Yavuz Aydın has announced findings from field research conducted in Trabzon, alleging that the AKP has experienced a loss of approximately 15 percentage points compared to the 2023 elections. The research, which covered both eastern and western districts of the city, aims to provide a realistic view of the current political landscape.

Aydın also stated that İYİ Party is seeing support levels above 15 percent in the city, positioning the party as the third largest in the region. He noted that the gap between İYİ Party and the leading party is narrowing.

Additionally, Aydın issued an invitation to the “Bayrak Açıyorum” rally scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026, in Trabzon. The event, which is expected to include İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu, is intended to emphasize national unity, the values of the Republic, and the national flag, inviting citizens from various political backgrounds to attend.
