YCCK hosts large-scale meditation event at UGM for mental health
Approximately 5,000 participants attended the ‘Tata Hati Indonesia’ meditation event held at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in Yogyakarta on October 10, 2026. The event, organized by the Yayasan Cahaya Cinta Kasih (YCCK), coincided with World Mental Health Day.
Of the total attendees, 3,000 participated in person at the Graha Sabha Pramana building, while 2,000 joined online. The initiative aims to provide a space for inner healing and mental health maintenance, particularly for students and youth facing the pressures of modern life.
Bunda Arsaningsih, the founder of YCCK and developer of the ‘Spirit of Universal Life (SOUL) Reflection’ method, described meditation as a vital tool for finding solutions to personal problems. The method encourages participants to connect with spiritual awareness to release negative emotions and replace them with positive affirmations.
