YEDAŞ launches fourth “Enerjim Sizinle” graduate program in Turkey

Yeşilırmak Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. (YEDAŞ) has opened applications for the fourth edition of its “Enerjim Sizinle” MT Program, a structured 18‑month development scheme for recent university graduates. Applications are accepted until 31 August 2026 through platforms such as Kariyer.net, the company’s LinkedIn page, Youthall, Toptalent and the Presidential Human Resources Office.

The program targets graduates in Electrical‑Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Economics‑Administrative Sciences who have good English skills and a career interest in the energy sector. Participants rotate through YEDAŞ’s various business units, gaining hands‑on experience in technical operations, corporate processes and project work, while receiving training and mentorship from senior staff. YEDAŞ Human Resources Director Emre Oğuz said, “Enerjim Sizinle MT Programı ile gençlerin meslek hayatına güçlü bir başlangıç yapmalarını sağlayacak bir gelişim modeli sunuyoruz.”
