Yeşilyurt Municipality launches patient support project
Yeşilyurt Municipality, in collaboration with the Yeşilyurt City Council, has launched the 'Sağlıkla Kavuşalım' (Let's Meet with Health) project. The initiative is designed to provide moral support and social assistance to patients and their relatives undergoing treatment at Hasan Çalık State Hospital.
Mayor Prof. Dr. İlhan Geçit officially commenced the project with a visit to the hospital, where he met with patients and their companions to distribute support packages. The project aims to ensure that individuals facing health challenges do not feel isolated during their recovery process.
According to municipal officials, the program is intended to be a continuous social service rather than a temporary or seasonal campaign. The City Council will coordinate with hospital management to listen to the specific needs and requests of patients to provide appropriate assistance.
