Yellowjackets Season 4 teaser released amid renewal uncertainty

Paramount+ has released a teaser trailer for the fourth season of the psychological horror series ‘Yellowjackets’. The upcoming season follows the survivors as they adjust to life in New Jersey after being rescued from the wilderness. The cast includes Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, and Tawny Cypress, with guest stars such as Elijah Wood and Molly Ringwald.

Despite the trailer release, official renewal for a fourth season from Showtime has not been formally announced. While showrunners Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson have established a five-season narrative blueprint, production delays caused by industry strikes have impacted the release schedule. Season 3 is expected to conclude in early 2025, leaving several plot threads unresolved.
