Yemen's agricultural products featured at FAO exhibition in Rome

Yemen is participating in the second FAO global exhibition, ‘From Seeds to Food,’ held in Rome, Italy. The Yemeni pavilion has drawn significant interest from international diplomats, agricultural experts, and traders, particularly regarding the quality of Yemeni coffee and honey, such as Sidr and Samar varieties.

Abdulmalik Naji, head of the Yemeni delegation and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Fisheries, stated that the participation aims to introduce national products to new global markets and highlight Yemen's agricultural identity despite the country's current challenges. The exhibition, which runs until October 12, features approximately 300 exhibitors from over 140 countries under the theme of ‘Boosting Innovation for Food Security and Nutrition.’
