Yemen: Massive demonstrations in Sana'a signal mobilization against Saudi Arabia
Massive demonstrations took place in Sana'a and various other Yemeni provinces, with crowds gathering in Al-Sabeen Square to signal a state of general mobilization. Under the slogan “Steadfastness with Palestine... and mobilization in the face of Saudi aggression, siege, and falsehood,” participants expressed support for the leadership of Abdul-Malik al-Houthi.
The demonstrators reaffirmed their commitment to the Palestinian cause and expressed pride in the military operations conducted by Yemeni armed forces against targets within Saudi territory. The rallies also coincided with the third anniversary of the October 7 operations, which participants described as a turning point in the region.
Protesters issued a call to the Arab and Islamic nations to take firm stances against perceived conspiracies involving Saudi Arabia and Israel. The crowds vowed to continue their resistance against the blockade and military actions until they achieve full sovereignty over Yemeni territory and resources.
