Yemen Prime Minister calls for economic unity and state restoration

Yemeni Prime Minister Dr. Shayea Mohsen al-Zindani has issued messages emphasizing national unity and economic protection amidst the ongoing “Fajr al-Yaman” operation. In a congratulatory message to Presidential Leadership Council President Rashad al-Alimi on the 63rd anniversary of the October 14 Revolution, the Prime Minister highlighted the historical importance of the revolution in the struggle for a republican state and the current fight to restore constitutional institutions from the Houthi coup.

In a separate meeting in Aden with private sector representatives, including the Aden Chamber of Commerce, al-Zindani stressed the need to protect the economic front. He called for unified efforts to ensure the continuous flow of essential goods, such as food, medicine, and fuel, at fair prices. The Prime Minister warned against market exploitation, price manipulation, or monopolies during this period of military and security developments, urging the private sector to fulfill its national responsibility to maintain market stability and support citizen needs.
