Yemen U17 football team defeats Palestine 2-0

The Yemen national under-17 football team opened its campaign in the 13th West Asian Youth Championship with a 2-0 victory over Palestine. The match, held at the Aqaba Stadium in Jordan as part of the first round of Group A, saw Yemen take control early in the game.

Yemen's Mohammed Fara' scored the opening goal in the 6th minute. The match concluded with a second goal for Yemen in the 80th minute via an own goal by a Palestinian player. With this win, Yemen leads its group with 3 points.
