Yemeni Navy seizes Iranian drone components in Red Sea

The Yemeni National Resistance Navy announced the seizure of a shipment containing Iranian drone components in the Red Sea. According to military spokesperson Sadiq Duwaid, the cargo was destined for Houthi forces.

The intercepted shipment reportedly included control and guidance systems for suicide drones, live video broadcasting and processing equipment, electronic spare parts related to fuel injection systems, specialized wireless communication phones for drones, antennas, and other electronic components.

Military intelligence claims the operation followed the monitoring of maritime smuggling activities linked to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps. The Navy intercepted the vessel and detained its crew. Preliminary investigations into the coordination and smuggling mechanisms are reportedly underway, with officials stating that recorded confessions may be released to the public.
