Yemen's Interior Minister Ibrahim Haidan condemns Houthi strike on Marib, Hadramout camps
Yemen's interior minister, Lieutenant General Ibrahim Ali Haidan, denounced a recent Houthi militia attack on Yemeni armed forces' camps in the Marib and Hadramout governorates. He described the assault, carried out with ballistic missiles and armed drones, as a "complete crime" that targeted officers and soldiers defending the Republic.
Haidan warned that the militia is exploiting cease‑fire periods to rebuild its arsenal and advance an agenda backed by Iran, threatening Yemen's stability, regional security and safe navigation in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. He pledged that the perpetrators will be held accountable and urged national unity in the fight against the militia.
