Yemen's Ministers Highlight Youth Training and Human Rights in Aden Visits
During visits to Aden, the temporary capital of Yemen, Minister of Technical Education Anwar Kalshat emphasized the crucial role of vocational and professional training for the country's large youth population. He called for curricula that match labor‑market needs, stronger technical institutes across the governorates, and greater investment to help rebuild the war‑damaged economy.
Human Rights Minister Mushdel Mohamed Omar also met officials, stressing the importance of safeguarding citizens' rights, improving ministry performance, and raising public awareness. He highlighted the need for youth participation in the nation's reconstruction and a realistic approach to the ministry's many challenges.
Both ministers underscored that empowering young Yemenis through skills and legal protections is essential for the country's future stability and development.
