Yeongju City Council inspects emergency sites ahead of Chuseok

Members of the Yeongju City Council visited various emergency response sites to inspect readiness and encourage personnel ahead of the Chuseok holiday. Led by Chairman Lee Sang-geun, the council visited the CCTV control center, Yeongju Police Station, Yeongju Fire Station, the forest fire brigade office, and the Yeongju City Hall situation room.

The visits aimed to review emergency response systems for potential accidents and disasters during the holiday period. Council members expressed gratitude to the workers maintaining public safety and listened to the difficulties faced by those on duty. Chairman Lee stated that the council would prioritize citizen safety and ensure that voices from disaster and safety sites are reflected in policy and legislative activities.
