Yeonje Gallery Xi model house opens in Busan

GS Engineering & Construction has opened the model house for Yeonje Gallery Xi in Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje-gu, Busan. The site saw a steady stream of visitors during the Hangeul Day holiday period.

This development marks the first application of the renewed Xi brand in Busan. The complex will consist of 499 units, all with a dedicated area of 84㎡, spanning four basement levels to a maximum of 43 floors across three buildings. Key community features being introduced include the ‘Libro Book Cafe’ by Kyobo Book Centre and high-rise facilities such as a jacuzzi guest house and sound chamber within the ‘Club Cloud’ area.

The location offers triple subway access via Yeonsan, Gyodae, and Geoje stations. Subscription for the units is scheduled to begin with special supplies on October 19, followed by first-priority applications on October 20 and second-priority on October 21 via the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription home service.
