Yettel launches RPA automation services for enterprises

Yettel has launched a new service for medium and large enterprises aimed at automating business processes through robotic process automation (RPA). Built on UiPath technology, the solution utilizes software robots to handle repetitive, rule-based administrative tasks, such as invoice processing, HR, finance, and customer service.

The service can be integrated with existing corporate systems and may be supported by artificial intelligence to assist in document interpretation, information processing, and decision preparation. To reduce complexity and costs, Yettel offers flexible robot capacity tailored to actual business needs rather than requiring full, expensive robot licenses. This allows companies to utilize capacity 24/7 during high-load periods or only when necessary for smaller task volumes.

Yettel developed the solution based on practical experience gained from implementing the technology within its own internal operations.
