Yeungnam Foreign Language College implements AI for administration and healthcare education

Yeungnam Foreign Language College is advancing its digital transformation through the implementation of artificial intelligence in both administrative and educational sectors.

On August 24, the college held a demonstration and public hearing for an AI Agent designed for university administrative tasks. Developed by the AID Project Group and the Information and Computing Team, the AI Agent focuses on automating high-volume, repetitive administrative processes, including document processing, data verification, and guidance. The goal is to allow staff to focus on professional judgment and student support by delegating routine tasks to AI.

Simultaneously, the college is pursuing the introduction of AI-based learning tools specifically for its healthcare departments, including nursing, physical therapy, dental hygiene, and health medical administration. The proposed tools include 3D visualization of human anatomy and Computer-Based Test (CBT) platforms that simulate real-world clinical scenarios. These tools aim to provide personalized learning by analyzing individual student performance and identifying areas for improvement, preparing students for national examinations and clinical practice.
