Yifan Wu to perform piano recital in Todi

Pianist Yifan Wu, winner of the first prize and Audience Award at the 65th Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition, will perform a recital in Todi as part of the ‘Note d’estate’ festival.

The concert is scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2026, at 21:00 at the Palazzo del Vignola. Organized by the Todi branch of the Fondazione Gioventù Musicale Italia, the event is one of the final performances in the summer series.

The program features works by Robert Schumann, Frederic Mompou, and Arvo Pärt, exploring themes of restlessness, contemplation, and sentiment. Wu, who currently studies at the Reina Sofía School of Music in Madrid, is recognized as a rising talent on the international piano scene.
