Yijing Auto GM announces lifetime warranty for X9 model

Zeng Qinglin, General Manager of Yijing Auto, has announced a comprehensive lifetime warranty policy for the Yijing X9 to differentiate the brand from industry competitors. He noted that many existing “lifetime warranty” offers in the automotive sector include hidden thresholds, such as mileage limits designed to exclude high-frequency users and long-distance commuters.

Under Yijing’s new policy, the X9 will receive lifetime coverage for its vehicle body, electric drive system, range extender, and air suspension, regardless of mileage (for non-commercial use). Zeng specifically highlighted that air suspension components, which are prone to aging and expensive to repair, are included to address consumer anxiety. Additionally, the warranty remains valid when the vehicle is transferred between spouses, parents, or children.

The Yijing X9, which launched on September 24 with prices ranging from 27.98 to 35.98 million RMB, features integrated Huawei intelligent driving and cockpit solutions. The vehicle has entered its mass delivery phase as of October.
