Yilan Trend Culture and Art Festival attracts 20,000 visitors

The 2026 Yilan Trend Culture and Art Festival, hosted by the Yilan County Government Cultural Affairs Bureau, concluded at the Zhongxing Cultural and Creative Park with over 20,000 participants attending the two-day event.

The festival featured a diverse range of activities, including a skateboarding competition, a street dance contest, and a Beyblade tournament. The international street dance competition saw over 200 dancers from Taiwan, France, the United States, and South Korea compete in a 3-on-3 Breaking format, with the team Jinx from Taiwan taking first place.

Other highlights included the school-based joint dance exhibition, which showcased various styles such as Locking, Hip-Hop, Waacking, and Voguing from multiple high schools. The event also hosted a trend lifestyle market with nearly 40 brands and various musical performances featuring electronic, hip-hop, and pop artists.
