Yiqun Medical Beauty Group hosts physician training camp

Yiqun Medical Beauty Group held a physician training camp at its Tainan headquarters to enhance the clinical skills and medical safety of doctors from its 23 chain clinics across Taiwan. Led by Dr. Wang Zhengkun, Chairman of the Taiwan Aesthetic Medical Promotion Association, the program provided hands-on instruction in various procedures, including injections of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid, and collagen stimulants, as well as the operation of laser, radiofrequency, and ultrasound equipment.

The training initiative follows increased regulatory oversight from the Ministry of Health and Welfare regarding medical technology and patient safety in the aesthetic industry. Dr. Wang emphasized that while clinic expansion can be rapid, high-quality medical talent requires long-term cultivation. The group aims to implement a model of talent-first expansion, utilizing standardized operating procedures and clinical inheritance systems to maintain medical quality as they increase their national footprint.
